STEAPing Suggestion
This Chai blend is best prepared with milk.
We recommend the following preparation process:
1. Combine 1 heaping teaspoon dry tea blend & 1 cup milk in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer.Stirring constantly, simmer 5 - 8 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, add sweetener, cover and steep mixture for 5 minutes.
Strain & enjoy!
For a "ready to drink" beverage, try cold brewing the chai blend in milk. That's right! Following the same suggested leaf to milk rations, combine and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Strain. The milk chai will keep in the refrigerator as long as your milk is good, or about 2 weeks (Not that it will last that long!). Serve cold as an iced chai, or heat. Adding sweetener during the final preparation phase.
