Tea Popsicles
BY: Lisa Hall
Yields 6 popsicles (depending on the mold)
What you will need
Freezer safe popsicle mold
3 cups of tea brewed at double strength
Directions
- Prepare Simple Syrup by heating 1 part sugar and 1 part water on the stovetop until sugar is disolved.
- Brew your tea at double strength according to package directions. I used 9 grams of Shipwreck Alley Strawberry to make 3 cups of tea. I heated the water to boiling and steeped it for 6 minutes.
- Add simple syrup as desired. I used 2 tablespoons. You may want more or less.
- Pour tea into popsicle mold. You may want to let the tea cool slightly before pouring it into a plastic mold.
- Freeze for 24 hours, or until popsicles are frozen through.

Lisa’s Tips
- Run the popsicle mold under warm water to gently release the popsicles from the mold.
- Refrigerate the remainder of the Simple Syrup in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Use it sweeten iced tea or to make the BEST Arnold Palmer!
- This is a great way to use old tea!
