Named for the "Wolverine State," this tea is smooth and toasty, yet strong and reliant, yielding multiple infusions.  Just like the illusive wolverine, this tea is a bit mysterious. This unique blend of Oolong and Dark tea brews a unique cup.... or 2, or 3, or more.....

STEAPing Suggestion

Measure 2 teaspoons of tea leaves (3 grams) per 8 oz. of water,. Heat water to 200 F, just short of boiling, and steep for 3 - 5 minutes.

This tea tolerates multiple infusions.

For traditional Gaiwan brewing increase the steeping time 30-45 seconds each infusion. The number of infusions you do  depends on your unique preferences.  So, go ahead, experiment, find your perfect cup!
