STEAPing Suggestion
Cold Brew: Use 1 heaping teaspoon (3 grams) per 8 oz cool water. Cover, and steep in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy! Once prepared, the iced tea will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
Hot: use the same tea leaf & water ratios. Steep in boiling water for 4-6 minutes.
About the Name
Shipwreck Alley is a heavily-trafficked stretch of water in Lake Huron. It's infamous for unpredictable weather, murky fog banks, sudden gales and rocky shoals. Part of the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, it is home to some of the nation’s best-preserved and nationally-significant shipwrecks. More than 100 wrecks have been discovered there.
