As our Michigan themed teas indicate, we are clearly S'mitten with the Mitten!

We lovingly named this compressed, heart shaped dark tea "mini-cake" for our love of Michigan.

No matter if you're celebrating your love for Michigan or a special someone, S'mitten is special and unique. This dark tea from Hunan Province, China, is medium to full-bodied. It is extremely smooth with a delicious rose flavor that evokes sweetness. Like other Dark tea's S'mitten will yield multiple infusions.

A good introductory dark tea for those new to exploring this tea category.

Comes in approximately 3-4 gram pressed tea pieces. Based on 2 infusions per piece, yield is 36 cups per 2 oz of tea.

STEAPing Suggestion

Use 1 piece (4 grams) per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 200 F. Steep for 3 - 4 minutes.
