    STEAPing Suggestion

    Measure 2 tsp of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 200 F, or just short of boiling, and steep for 4 minutes.

    Created for the Ohio Tea Festival.

    Named for the role Cleveland, Ohio played in popularizing the genre of Rock & Roll. Cleveland was instrumental in bringing Rock & Roll music to the radio. As well as hosting some major concerts. It is now home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
