STEAPing Suggestion
Measure 1.5 tsp of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 210 F, or boiling, and steep for 5-9 minutes.
A unique feature of Rooibos is that it is impossible to over steep. The tea liquor will become more flavorful the longer the tea is left to infuse, but will not become bitter. We invite you to experiment with steeping times to find our perfect cup!
About the Name
Michigan's wilderness features vast forests, clear waters, and rugged terrain, with over 3,000 miles of shoreline along its Great Lakes. The Upper Peninsula, in particular, is known for its large stretches of untouched forests and lack of extensive development. Well know areas featuring pristine wildreness include Isle Royale, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park.
Michigan grows significant amounts of pears, making it the 5th largest pear-producing state in the U.S.
