Inspired by Michigan's famous Petoskey Stones, this Oolong tea - like its namesake - is a bit mysterious.
This is a delicate and lightly oxidized Oolong. The balled leaves resemble "stones" when dry. Once infused, they uncurl to release their delicate jasmine essence. Floral and light, with a forward finish, this tea is a "diamond.... Petoskey stone.... in the rough."
