Peppermint

Naturally Caffeine Free. 

This product is free of all major allergens, including dairy, nuts, and gluten.

Measure 1 heaping teaspoon (3 grams) per 8 oz cool water.  Cover, and steep in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Strain and enjoy!  Once prepared, the iced tea will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.  

As with any tea, if you are making in into an iced tea or latte, we recommend that you brew it strong, as the flavor will become diluted by ice or milk.

To brew hot measure 1 heaping teaspoon (3 grams) per 8 oz. water. Heat water to boiling and steep for 4-6 minutes.

This tea brews to a lovely amethyst color remenicent of the Northern Lights. The aurora can often be seen Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and occassionally in some locations below the brigde.
