This tea brews a golden cup and carries a creamy, sweet flavor profile.  It is fresh and crisp, like a bright crescent moon, with malty and earthy undertones.

The leaves of this tea are often plucked at dawn or dusk, sometimes even at dark, as farmers believe that the air’s high oxygen and energy levels combine to produce a tender, smoother tea-leaf taste.

STEAPing Suggestion

Measure 1 tablespoon (3 grams) per 8 oz. water. Hea water to 180- 185 F, and steep for 3-4 minutes.
