STEAPing Suggestion

Measure 2 teaspoons of tea leaves (3 grams) per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 200 F, or just short of boiling, and steep for 4 - 5 minutes.

About the Name

Michigan's Irish Hills are named for the large number of Irish people that settled there. In the 1800's it was a midway stopping point for stagecoaches traveling between Detroit and Chicago. Today, it is best know for it's many lakes and picturesque scenery.
