Our Dragonwell carries a sweet aroma with a deep, nut-like flavor profile. This pan roasted green tea has a long, flat leaf. When steeped, the liquor is a lovely yellow-green color. This tea has a round mouthfeel and a buttery finish.
This organic Dragonwell is sourced from the Jiande Tea Garden in the Zhejiang Province of China.

STEAPing Suggestion
Measure 2 - 3 teaspoons of tea leaves (3 grams) per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 170 F and steep for 2-3 minutes.

About the Name
Longjing, or Dragonwell, is one of China's most beloved green teas, well-known for its characteristic taste and cultivation.
The Norton Mound group, also known as the Hopewell Indian Mounds, is a prehistoric mound site near Wyoming, Michigan. According to the National Park Service "These are the most important and best-preserved Hopewell mounds in the western Great Lakes region." The site covers approximately 55 acres and is under the protection of the Grand Rapids Public Museum.
