STEAPing Suggestion
Measure 2 teaspoons of tea leaves (3 grams) per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 200 F, or just short of boiling, and steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
About the Name
Downriver is a region of metropolitan Detroit. The name comes from how the Detroit river runs west and bends south before emptying into Lake Erie. Communities to the south of Detroit can thus be accessed by traveling downriver (as opposed to upriver) along the waterway.
