"Big Red" Robe

Oolong tea leaves.

This product is free of all major allergens, including dairy, nuts, and gluten.

Measure 2-3 heaping teaspoons of tea leaves (3 grams) per 8 oz. of water,. Heat water to 190 F and steep for 3 - 5 minutes.

This tea yields multiple infusions. 

For traditional Gaiwan brewing, increase the steeping time 30-45 seconds each infusion. The number of infusions you do  depends on your unique preferences.  So, go ahead, experiment, find your perfect cup!

Using a glass mug, teapot, or Giawan will allow you to experience the beauty of this tea as it steeps.
