STEAPing Suggestion

Measure 1 heaping teaspoon (3 grams), or 1.5 teaspoons of tea leaves per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 200 F, or just short of boiling, and steep for 4-5 minutes.

Black tea with vanilla is traditionally named Moon Over Madagascar. We couldn't resist making a Michigan version.
