Our Peninsula Blend black tea, a customer favorite, is blended with traditional chai spices to create a warm and inviting blend. Traditional Chai is perfectly balanced with no added flavoring.

Be sure to add your favorite sweetener! Or experiment with various sweeteners. Our favorite is honey.

S•TEA•Ping Suggestions:

This Chai blend is best prepared with milk.
To prepare, we recommend this easy, 4 step preparation process:
1. Combine 1-2 tsp dry tea blend & 1 cup milk in a small saucepan. 2. Bring to a simmer & add sweetener. Stirring constantly, simmer 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, cover and steep mixture for 5 minutes.
4. Strain & enjoy!

For a "ready to drink" beverage, try cold brewing the chai blend in milk. That's right! Following the same suggested leaf to milk rations, combine and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Strain. The milk chai will keep in the refrigerator as long as your milk is good, or about 2 weeks (Not that it will last that long!). Serve cold as an iced chai, or heat. Adding sweetener during the final preparation phase.
