S•TEA•Ping Suggestions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water, 175-185 F.  Steep for 2-4 minutes.
 
To cold brew, use 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves (2-3g) per 8 oz. of room temperature water. Store covered, in the refrigerator, for 6-8 hours. Strain, and enjoy over ice.
