This Michigan inspired tea is an Oolong from the blue mountains of the Nilgiri region of India.
Truly, touched by frost, this tea is grown during the winter months, exposed to both temperate and cold growth conditions. The plants are allowed to frost over and recover, giving the leaves a unique character. The result is a bright and crisp aromatic tea. The brewed amber liquor is flavorful, presenting floral & fruity notes.
