A Michigan inspired oolong blend, Apple Orchard is reminiscent of taking a walk through an orchard.
Traditional, hand-rolled, Ti Kwan Yin Oolong leaves are blended with dried apple bits to create this little piece of Michigan. This tea produces a clear, bright gold, medium-bodied liquor. This tea has a woodsy flavor, with a smooth mouthfeel and a sweet, balanced finish. It an ideal candidate for re-steeping and Gaiwan brewing.

Use 1 tsp of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water, 180 - 195 F. steep for 3-5 minutes. Try 3 minutes for the first steeping, increase times on subsequent steeping's.
In China, Oolong teas are traditionally prepared using a Gaiwan.
To cold brew, use 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves (2-3g) per 8 oz. of room temperature water. Store covered, in the refrigerator, for 6-8 hours. Strain, and enjoy over ice.
