Lu An Gua Pian is one of the ten most famous teas in China.
Produced in Liuan County in Anhui, it is a large single leaf green tea with little refinement. Rare and unique. The long and narrow leaf style creates a rich flavor without bitterness. Lu An Gua Pian brews a bright green liquor and is considered a very clean tea. It is smooth and refreshing, with a soft floral sweetness and long finish.

Use 1 Tbsp. of tea leaves (2-3 grams, or 3 teaspoons) per 8 oz. of water, 170-180 F. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
This tea yeilds multiple infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. The number of infusions you do depends on your unique preferences. So, go ahead, experiment, find your perfect cup!
