About decaffeinated teas
"Decaffeinated" and "caffeine free" are often interchanged terms, however they are not synonyms. Decaffeinated teas are different than caffeine-free teas. Decaffeinated tea is a tea that has undergone a decaffeination process. This unique processing is able to remove most of the teas caffeine, but the teas still have small amounts of caffeine in them. The amount of caffeine left in them is very minimal (usually 2 mg of caffeine per cup). Caffeine-free "teas" are not teas at all but blends of herbs, flowers, spices and dried fruit.

Use 1 tsp of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water, 200-210 F.
Steep for 3-5 minutes.
