Genmaicha is green tea combined with roasted brown rice
Made of mature tea leaves and stems from the autumn harvest, Bancha is gently pan-roasted. As a result, it brews a sweet, nutty cup of golden liquor. This tea is mild and delicate with a gentle roasted aroma.
Use 1 Tbps. of tea leaves (2-3 grams) per 8 oz. of water, 175-185 F.
Steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
